Once on board T-Systems also likes to keep our employees informed about what is going on in the company. Some of the communication methods we use to do that are as follows:
- Intranet. We encourage our employees to access our Global Intranet Portal to retrieve cross-service documentation, presentations and internal communications and training.
- Internal Newsletter. A monthly newsletter is sent via the Intranet to all employees keeping them informed of employee community news, events and celebrations.
- "Town Hall Meetings". Executive presentations outlining updates on enhancements to the Corporate Strategy, details on product and service offerings, quarterly financial status and goals of the company for the next quarter
- Employee Satisfaction Surveys.
